Lime and Olive Oil Dressing

Ingredients
6 ounces extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 to 3 limes
1 teaspoon salt (I use kosher salt)
1 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper

What To Do
Shake together in a jar and use sparingly to dress above salad.

Terrific with Avocado and Apple Salad.
