Ann Hollowell makes Pepper Jelly on The Cooking Lady
Ingredients
3 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4-5 green onions, chopped, tops and bottoms
1 cup chopped pecans
mayonnaise to bind
1 6oz jar pepper jelly

What To Do
Mix well and top with 1 to 1 1/2 jars of pepper jelly.

You MUST serve with Ritz crackers!

    Looks wonderful. Reminds me of a cheese mold that I make and serve with strawberry preserves – pepper jelly sounds great. Will use this for a pre Thanksgiving party! Thanks for sharing!
