Ann Hollowell Makes Sausage Balls On The Cooking Lady

Ingredients
1 8 ounce package Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 pound ground sausage
3 cups Bisquick mix

What To Do
Mix shredded cheese, sausage, and Bisquick by hand until well blended. Form into uniform size balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

You can make sausage balls and freeze before cooking. Store in airtight container or plastic bags, and thaw before cooking.

These are great hot from the oven or served at room temperature. Great for tailgating, brunch, or to have with drinks. The white cheese is a departure from the traditional recipe.
