Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled, not cooked
  • 1 pound of fresh crabmeat, cleaned and picked
  • A few green onions, sliced, tops and bottoms
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • ½ bunch fresh chopped curly leaf parsley
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 pints half and half
  • Juice of two very large lemons
  • White pepper and Creole seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, green onions, and parsley in butter until soft.
  2. Add artichokes, half and half, and lemon juice stir for a few minutes.
  3. Add seafood and heat through gently and carefully, until shrimp turns a good pink. Season with white pepper and Creole seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
