Rosemary Crusted Salmon

Ann Hollowell's Rosemary Crusted Salmon from The Cooking Lady

Ingredients
:
2 large salmon filets
1 lemon
3 tablespoons melted butter
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary, very finely chopped

What To Do:
Preheat oven to 350°.

Make sure skin is removed from salmon filets. Drizzle all over with melted butter. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, then dust with chopped rosemary. Give a light juicing with lemon, and bake until white rivulets of salmon fat begin to emerge, this takes 15 to 20 minutes, maybe more depending on your oven. Remove immediately, salmon should be thoroughly cooked, moist and tender.
