Blondies

Ann Hollowell makes Blondies on The Cooking Lady
Ingredients
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 cups self rising flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cup canola oil
6 ounces chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla

What To Do
Mix ingredients together, place in lightly greased 9×12 dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more, until toothpick comes out clean. Please check your oven temperatures!

Allow to cool and cut into squares.

    Love your Show, you did one a couple of weeks ago that I would love to have the rec. you used a stick of butter, honey, and cinn. or something. I would love to have that rec. also on the same show you mixed grits, eggs and cheese, we had so much going on when your show was on I could got get all the ingred. could you please post them on your web site. Again love your show, and my husband does also he is the cook in the house but I do like to try things and this looked wonderful. Thanks and keep up the great meals.
